Terms of Use
Status: pre-launch. Last updated 29 July 2026.
These terms are not yet active. SignedPOD is in pre-launch and is not currently offered for commercial use. The summary below describes the intended arrangement only. Final terms will be published here before commercial sign-up opens.
Intended use of the service
SignedPOD is intended for recording and sharing proof of delivery for your own business. Account holders are responsible for the accuracy of the records their team enters and for keeping account details secure.
Your records
Delivery records, customers, sites and signatures entered by your team are your business records. They are stored so your team can access them and are not made available to other businesses using the service.
Subscription, trial and payments
- SignedPOD is charged at A$69.99 per active location per month, GST inclusive, billed monthly in advance.
- A valid payment card is required before the 3-day free trial starts. Nothing is charged during the trial, and one free trial is available per account.
- Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and your card is charged each month until you cancel.
- Adding a location increases the monthly charge pro-rata; deactivating one reduces it from the next invoice.
- Card details are handled by our payment provider on their secure hosted page. SignedPOD does not store card numbers.
- If a payment fails, full access continues for 7 days while the card is retried. After that the organisation moves to read-only.
- You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. Part-months are not refunded except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
- In read-only mode your completed deliveries and PODs remain available to view, print and export; only creating and changing records is switched off.
Availability during pre-launch
The service is provided as is while in pre-launch. Availability, features and stored data may change without notice, so keep your own copies of anything that matters.
Records and compliance
A delivery record here captures what two people agreed at the time of delivery. It is up to each business to confirm whether those records meet the regulatory or contractual requirements that apply to them.
