Privacy Policy

This policy is not yet active. SignedPOD is in pre-launch and is not currently offered for commercial use. The summary below describes current handling of information only. A final privacy policy will be published here before commercial sign-up opens.
What is collected
Account details (name, work email, business name and phone), the operational records entered by your team (customers, sites, products, deliveries and exceptions), and delivery evidence such as receiver names, roles, signatures and arrival timestamps.
Why it is collected
To run your account, show your team their work, and produce proof of delivery records you can share with your customers.
Keeping businesses separate
Every record belongs to one organisation, and access is restricted at the database level so records are only returned to members of the organisation that owns them.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the product, such as hosting and database services.
Access and deletion requests
You can request a copy of your account data or ask for your account and its records to be removed. Requests are handled case by case during pre-launch, and some records may need to be retained where a legal or contractual obligation applies.
